I found and go here because the NJ branch we bought from is a disgrace and will never go there again.  

This DE  branch is great.  Friendly and accountable.  When was the last time you could say that about business!!

I bring the RV and every time they do things correctly or communicate the situation and work to fully resolve it.  

I have the highest level of confidence in this place as they know how to communicate and do not just ignore this customer.

When is time to trade up, they will be the first stop.

Thank you Dave Conrad!!!   You made buying a Travel Trailer easy.  I am a nervous first time buyer from Northern NJ with lots of questions and you answered them all.  After we chose a trailer your service department called quickly to schedule my Trailer 101 class and pickup.  My wife and I couldn't be happier with your professionalism or our decision to buy from you and Hitch RV of Delaware.

We were calling and emailing with Dave at Hitch RV I knew we would finally own our camper! Dave was awesome and so honest. He listened to every need and want we had and put us exactly where we wanted to be. Just when I didn't think it could get any better, we came to pick up our camper and low and behold, we met Neph! From every inch, to every drawer/cabinet, and everything in between he thoroughly explained and demonstrated everything! He has been a life saver since with assisting us in after the sale questions about maintenance and such. I never thought making a payment for a camper would bring so much joy, but I know that for now and many many years to come, we will continue to make memories! Ones that my kids will cherish for a lifetime. From my family (and as you can see, a very happy family) to yours at Hitch RV, we thank you!

Nice visit. Most of RV"s were unlocked. My wife and myself browsed through a bunch without having a salesman following is around.
