The office manager Jason, and the actual doctor, Dr Parnell, are both patient and helpful. As far as the office staff goes, i don't think i have ever been treated so unkind and disrespectfully ever by another grown adult. I personally feel that these female office staff members are some kind of prejudice.  They never answer the phone to make appointments. you have to drive there!! Also if your appointment time is not first thing in the morning it is very likely you will wait for a while to be seen

I have known Mr. Doucette for years and can truly say he is outstanding! As a Nurse Practitioner he takes time to listen and ask questions to better understand what's going on first.  I highly recommend him.

This is a horable doctors office...Every time I request a prescription refill, it gets screwed up..My girlfriend ran out of her Tradizon last tuesday..Call Dr Parnells office left amessage on the nursing and prescription line as well as CVS Pharmacy..Today is m onday Still have no refill.

The absolute worst Drs office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They do not answer the phone they do not get your medicine refilled on time i needed referals to specialist and thats just a joke, never going to get done. I had to go there in person to get by refills completed.biggest mistake I ever made.

This doctor office is the best the doctor listen to you and he explain everything you need to know and he dont hand out meds unless u really have a sickness to get them. He is very understanding person
