Everyone here is always so nice! David does the best cleanings and Dr. An is very helpful and tells you everything you need to know. I also take my 3 year old daughter here and they are very sensitive twords her. I also went to have 2 of my wisdom teeth removed and the first time I ran out!! I went back yesterday and feel so silly because the experience was great and Dr. Kilgore was amazing!! I hardly felt a thing and everyone was so amazing at reassuring me!! Five stars from me!!

Everyone is super nice and helpful. The wait times aren't too bad and they are really great with changing appointment times. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and it went by really fast and easy.

Waited over 50 minutes after my appointment time while missing work (just for a routine dental cleaning). I’d understand if it was due to an emergency, but it just seems like they’re normally slow. I’m going to look for a place that can better respect my time for my next appointment.

It was a HORRIBLE experience which I knew better since I visited them a few years ago. I HATE CLINIC style dentist. Or maybe this one in particular. People are in and out of the room stocking while you are in the chair. You have the hygienist in your mouth, the X Ray technician then the dentist all while the door is WIDE OPEN. The hygienist had an attitude asking me to stop moving my head while he was irritating my teeth. So I told him that and he said ITS JUST A CLEANING DO YOU WANT ME TO STOP. HOW IGNORANT and UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! I told him I felt a sensation as he was pulling and tugging the metal instrument in and out of my mouth that actually hit the metal of my bridge sending a sensation through my body but he basically told me I was lying he wasn’t near my gum line and I was moving because I thought it was going to hurt..... WHAT? He said ok I will finish like this and he began using the soft cleaning instrument which had the cleaning material flying all over my face and clothes. I assume he “warned” the dentist about me because when he FINALLY came in the room (quickly) and sat down he said hi I’m Dr. (I don’t even remember his name I believe it was Ying). He talked to me about my X rays and questioned what my previous dentist educated me on. He went on to tell me I have “rich peoples syndrome” .....WHAT? He said I don’t take care of my teeth because I have the attitude that I will just pay to fix the issue when I have one.... WHAT? I have never been so disrespected in my life. And I thought I was the Licensed Psychotherapist what the hell is “RICH PEOPLES SYNDROME”???? I will never make the mistake again of rushing and not properly choosing a good dental plan! Back to my private dentist I GO!! It is clear that you get what you pay and sign up for!! I will say that Daniel is a PLEASANT face to see at the end of the visit and a very helpful and respectful person!
