I am a neighbor of a home that has been on the market since March it’s December nowand a nasty wind storm knocked out the for sale sign. I called about it, to make sure they got another one up if it wasn’t soldto help them FINALLY sell it, and they told me no, not sold, and they would get another one up soon. Some days had passed a week or so, and I decided to go in and check, and if not, I was going to take a sign and bring it back home so I could put it up for them. The experience I had simply asking for another sign to help them out and show them kindness, made the whole experience unworthy of existence. Don’t buy from this real estate company. They 1. do not care about their properties - we called the village on them for a jungle of grass and weeds in the summer 2. They do not care about the communities they serve. Put yourself in my shoes, walking into a real estate office to ask if you could kindly put up another sign for them, getting quickly scoffed off, but with another sign in hand to put up. Not a single thank you or question about if the property looks good or needs some lawn care  for leaves, nothing. Stay clear.

As another Realtor, it is always a pleasure working with Partners Real Estate. The market has been tough, it's always good to work with people that know the market.

These people do not know how to treat people.  Horrible bussiness ethics.  Often swears at people on the phone and pouts like a baby when he doesn’t get his way.  Definitely choose a different real estate agency.

Steve Wiskerchen sold my home. Then found the home I am in now. He found the commercial property for my business. I recommend Steve Wiskerchen and Partners real Estate.
