My Husband and I called Stevie D at ReMax to help us find a renter for a townhouse we own. He met us late morning at the property, listed it that afternoon and had it rented the next day. He is the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agent ever! He found a wonderful family for us and they enjoyed working with him as much as we did. Stevie D has been an outstanding realtor I have known for many years as an investor. He has helped me close on numerous properties and, once again, sold another property for me recently, near my asking price. Can't say enough good things about Steve. He was honest, helpful, and accessible, just to name a few of the positives. He worked with my schedule. He had the viewings/listings organized in a way where we didn't waste time. He had a lot of additional knowledge about home repair and repair pro's that he has used. Steve is a professional in every sense of the word and I will use him again in the future as well as recommend him to others.
