Extremely poor patient care follow up. My daughter, a nearby college student, went there for a UTI. They prescribed a very strong antibiotic. After the first dose she was quite nauseous, and called back to speak with the doctor. They said the doctor was busy and would return her call. They did not. She called a second time, and was told the same thing. Again, they did not call back. Still quite sick on the next day, she tried to call again and was on hold for 10 mins. So I called for her, and was told they hadn't called her back because they didn't have her phone number, and that I couldn't give it to them, but she would need to call them back herself. After this crazy interaction, I asked to speak with management and was connected with someone off-site. He was able to look up the record and contacted the clinic directly to expedite things .. Partners is usually very efficient, but this was an epic fail.

went for my third visit to this location and was very disappointed. although the facility itself is brand new and very clean I waited 1.5 hours to be seen by a physician who was extremely condescending. he laughed at my complaints (I'm an ICU nurse and know when something may be concerning), told me I was dehydrated, but said I should go to the ER for more testing as he 'could not diagnose female abdominal pain' here. I understand that urgent care centers do not have all of the technology that hospitals do, however, if this was presented in a different way or in a more timely fashion I would not be upset. Multiple times my boyfriend went outside of our room and saw the physician talking to some man for over 25 minutes while we were waiting to be seen. if I had known I would have been there for an hour and a half to be evaluated for 6 minutes and simply be told to go to the ER for a CT and Ultrasound I would never have wasted my time or co-pay going here.

I've gone here many times and they've always been super helpful and nice! Plus it's a gorgeous, welcoming facility. Don't make an appointment, just walk in, and know what you're there for and they can help.

Went in for an infection from an ingrown toenail. The doctor made an incision to drain it and told me I wouldn't need antibiotics. After a few weeks following the care instructions, the infection never truly went away so I came back and saw a different doctor who proceeded to tell me the first doctor made much too big of an incision and I essentially had a chunk of extra skin hanging over the toenail. 2nd doctor gave me antibiotics and told me there was nothing he could do about it and to go see a podiatrist. So in conclusion I paid full price for 2 visits and a surgery only to walk away with some antibiotics and a maimed toe. Don't waste your time and money and go see a specialist.

The wait to get in wasn't very long at all, and my expectations were very low. Suprisingly the building is really nice, but the Nurse is really messy, and the doctor talked waaaaaay to much about the diagnosis.
