Amazing staff! Very busy, but you always will be attended with whatever you need and a smile!  Very welcoming environment and amazing for kids!!  If you need any help finding an item they'll attend you over the phone aswell! I ordered a Ballon order of over a dozen ballons,  the staff is very honest and always gretting you with a smile.  Love this partycity!  Always give your email for coupons ❣️

Store manager is very rude and to actually find an associate in the aisles is not a thing, they're all hidden away whoknowswhere.

Store manager was very rude to assist me with a claim for two dollars. I bought a costume for my daughter with a pair of gloves that came separately to open it only had a glove, I was making the claim because it was not what I had bought but the manager refused to do it so saying "you had lost it and it was not possible , simply treating me words liar, which makes no sense because if I lost a glove I would not come to the store the next day to make a long line and make a claim for two dollars, not cost me anything repurchasing, as a shop they should have people More professional , I will find out the name to make it known, I am angry that one client be treated this way. I think is worth the business name to lose cents or clients, because here they lost a customer and I will not return to party city if I will I'm going to make sure of what I'm buying it's ok and complete ,  do not going out again be stolen and will not be able to make the claim that they treat you like a thief!
