Outstanding customer service!  I bought all the things I needed for a bday party at this location and had to return some unused items. However I was afraid they  wouldn't refund me bc I didn't have my receipt.  
After going  to another party city where they didn't  help me much, I returned to this one and Jean Paul took great care  of me.  He went the extra mile to find my original  receipt in their system and refund unused items. Never going  to a different location  again.

Nice to shop with the peace of mind that the staff will make the pre and post party an excellent experience.

Organized place. Objects are easy to find once you are in the right section but there isn't anyone around to help you to answer questions.

Horrible customer service. Employees see you obviously looking for items up and down aisles, trying to reach up to get products and they just walk right by you and don't say hello or ask you if you need assistance. Only nice ones there are the cashiers.
