Needed to write and let everyone know that they are simply wrong about their sales associates reviews because the best, most professional, informed, accommodating and  helpful associate is my associate ... Rey Rodriguez!

It was such a lucky strike that unplanned day when I walked in the Kendall Boulevard Store simply to get ideas about furniture options for a renovation job I had just started working on and HE greeted me, wow to think someone else would have been my rotation greeter, definitely feel continuing work relationship would never have developed the same.

Rey has becomed a close friend whose opinion I trust, someone that will pull some serious string to get my order complete and delivered as requested, putting up with my crazy requests to move things around so I can get full effect of future lay outs, incredibly patient and always with a pleasant attitude complete with a smile.

So there you have it, this is why I'm looking forward to cloning, we honestly need more like him around!

I will never buy here again!Worst in customer service especially when dealing with older customers. They have completely ignored my parents concerns with a faulty dresser they sold. I have never seen such disrespect towards older people. Such a poor example ethical business practice. The store manager Vilma didn't even try to help. They're only friendly when selling the product but no service after the sale. Such an embarrassment to El Dorado. I've shopped with them for years and will never do it again!

Natalia Schmilinsky helped me out with my purchase. Natalia was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and ensure that I was satisfied with the furniture and decorations that I chose. Excellent experience!!!

Upon our arrival to the store a very friendly professional looking gentleman approached us for Help and this was definitely our guy!! Not only he showed professionalism and courtesy but a world of knowledge on the pieces that were of interest to us. Furthermore he explain how financing worked if approved along with  delivery charges and schedules. Also mentioned the offer that was being offered for mattresses which we came back last Sunday and bought a mattress and a bedroom bench.  Magnificent.  Yes definitely an asset as a salesman to El Dorado family. His name:  Carlos Hernandez. Thank you
