Great stuff for parties and costumes

The store is HUGE. There is a great selection for kid's parties to lupus and more.  Large balloon selection.  I would have given 4 stars but the cashiers had me pay and then pick up my balloons the next day (our party day).  They said we could also bring the balloon I bought online for our mermaid party and just pay a filling fee.  I sent my son the next day and the manager was rude and condescending and wouldn't allow him to fill it.  She is hard to deal with in my opinion and I heard she is frequently complained about from employees at the store.

This will be the final time I will ever use their studio services. I had tried using their services in august I wanted a banner made for my daughter everything went fine until I went to pick up the banner the day of my daughters birthday. The banner hadn't been printed even though I had put my order 4 days prior (was told they only needed 2). Now I thought I'd give them a second chance I never received an email to send my photo in which is what they had me do the previous time for a banner I needed Monday and now I have been told I need to physically need to take in a photo only 45 minutes before they close the store. This I find very unprofessional I will never again be using their services.
