Awful service!!  I can't believe how bad this Target is!  The check out was slow.  My cartwheel discount didn't work.  The service desk had to manually calculate the discount.  And had to wait forever for a manager. Ridiculous

Staff is very friendly.  Everthing is easy to find.  Love going through the clearance areas as they have some great products at low prices.

As far as layout of the store goes, I like the one in Crystal Lake better. I spent a good amount if time the other day looking for something that I typically find by the artwork department but in this store it was on the other side of the store. I was surprised that the proximity was so radically different and I figured they just didn't have those items at this store and almost walked out after a very frustrating look around. I finally found what I was looking for but would have liked to wring the neck of the people that designed the layout of this store. It just didn't make sense.

Nice, clean store.  They didn't have the items i originally went there for, but I managed to find other things to buy.  They have a nice grocery section with great produce.
