I attempted to make an appointment but I was told their laser machine is broken and she will call me back ones is fixed. Waited about 2 weeks,called to make again an appointment and mentioned again  about My Groupon:,,we don’t do that anymore, I have to cancel it”.I called 15 min. later and a man answered, he took my appointment with no problem but as soon as I mentioned about the previous refusal he said that he has no idea and he will call me back.Why are you hiding bihind the finger?! If you don’t want  to honor a Groupon then don’t place it in that website,waisting our time and money. After the hassle with this appointment and the dishonesty of this place employees  I don’t even want to get close to your salon.

This is the best Salon in Miami Beach, the perfect place to have everything at the same time. Pascky is the best hairdresser ever!!! After him i am not gonna let nobody else touch my hair. I highly recommend this salon. Relaxing environment
