The 12 month no credit is such a ripe off. We got approve for $850 loan from progressive lender so we decided to get a Top load washer for $699 total cost of tax and finance is $1,566 that is a extra $700 which I can get a washer and dryer set with that much money. Come on, I understand if it was $200 finance charge but an extra $700 on top of $699 just for a washer makes no sense at all. The owner and employee are good people but when we walked in it seem like we was being force to apply for loans and being pressured to get something in the shop. I wouldn't apply for a loan I rather pay cash for the items but the shop was over priced also. A washer I've seen price at $499 at their shop but when I saw it somewhere else it was only for $399 that's an extra $100. Nonetheless, the owners there are nice people.

We had a refrigerator delivered and was on time in fact faster than I expected. Chad the delivery guy was great despite my twins being under his feet. Great service!!

Worst people ever to be in business. I purchased a range from them and in less than 30 days the range was malfunctioning. Called the store and was told that it was a special order rang. I explained to them that the range was not special order because I saw the item on their weekly ad. The said because it was not in stock, it was considered a special order item. I told them that the item was not working and was less than 30 days in my home. The company refuses to take responsibility for the range and has gone out of their way to avoid dealing with the problem. Maria replied I a low paid office assistant what would you like me to do about your problem. I asked to speak to the manager but he seems to gone missing because he is never in. Passadori’s in Atwater CA is a great example of why large companies have the ability to run small businesses in to the ground. I will never purchase an item from this store and highly suggest that you think twice before you make a purchase.

This is also an independent hardware store stocking a lot of stuff the big chains don't bother with anymore.
