I was pleased with the staff's promptness at Tri-County Flooring: my e-mail for information was returned the following day and a visit to my condo to draw up an estimate took place within a week. When I went to the store to choose my flooring, I was not satisfied with my initial choice. I looked at other options without any pressure to choose something more expensive. When the flooring was installed, it took longer than expected due to the type of tile I had. Another half day was needed, and Kevin called me to get my permission. When the installer used my garbage can to haul away the debris, I was given a new one without any questions. I also had a question about the final work. Kevin came to the condo to checkout my question. By the way, the secretary, from the first call, was very friendly. This first contact with the store (a secretary/receptionist) can make either a good or bad impression. This was a good impression. Great service; great product.

While we were browsing through your store, we noticed a sign that said “When purchasing flooring, you get what you pay for.” And we happily got what we paid for! While being guided through your vast inventory of wood and ceramic products; your sales staff found top quality products that matched our needs, well within our budget. I recently purchased some Mannington Laminate Flooring! It has stood the test of time and is still the number one selling laminate for Mannington. The technology used and advancement in cameras allow you to see the grain in the wood in depth. It looks rich and unbelievably real. I even drug my dresser accross the floor after it was installed and no scratches. I was told later though that draging furniture accross the floor is still not recommended. I was very pleased with the all the staff and the price. I almost wanted to invite Mike the owner over for dinner after it was done just to say thank you!...VERY IMPRESSED!!! :)
