Owner and Chef Vassilios Tsaganis started his career working on varies cruise ships as executive chef, then decided to come to the united states. He started his adventure in New Jersey worked in many fine dining restaurants and then decided to move to a warmer climate to Florida helping his very dear friend open a lot of restaurants on the east coast of Florida until he finnaly opened his own in Marathon in the Florida Keys called the Quay, he owned that for several years sold it and opened the Quay restaurant on Duval street in Key West for over a decade .Vassilios has recieved many awards for his outstanding and creative dishes. His passion for cooking didnt stop there him and his wife Deborah decided to give the west coast of florida a try so decided to move to Fort Myers in 2002 and thats when they decided to open Pastabilities and more a little smaller and yet quaint italian and mediteranean restaurant with the same quality food and passion
