They did a fantastic job on my wedding cake in 2016 (even though they didn't use the flowers we had decided on and they told me they were going to use) & it kept well in the freezer for a year and refrigerator for over a week, but just last weekend we had my daughters birthday party and she specifically requested a Tinkerbell cake. $105 later ($15 for the doll I had to provide and $90 for the cake) they took tinkerbell's dress off and wrapped her in fondant and then stuck her wings to the fondant getting fondant in the Velcro part where her wings attach to her dress making her wings unusable. Then they didn't give me the dress so I had to send a friend that lives in the area (because I live an hour away) back up there just to pick up her dress. Now less than a week later (the cake was kept refrigerated) and I cut into the cake and it tastes like chemicals and absolutely REAKS of nail polish remover! A total WASTE of my money and just complete trash! The woman I spoke with on the phone even told me my cake is just trash and that the owner said there's nothing they can do because of the amount of days it has been even though it was refrigerated. I will not be going back and I don't recommend this bakery to any one else either!

Ordered 2 cakes in one week in a short times notice. The cakes were a hit at my office party and my step son's birthday. I found the perfect place for all our occasions requiring some kind of sweet! BTW, the cakes were delicious!! 😋

Cake was suppose to be ready at 11am I go to pick it up they forgot to do my cake they told me its my fault for ordering the cake late which I ordered a week ahead they told me to come back in 40 min I go back at 2:30 they give me the cake with wrong decoration most plain frosting! What am I suppose to tell my daughter when she gets a Freaken princess cake instead of her glittery Barbie cake????? I hope they at least got the flavor right!

Ordered a $200 cake of starwars for my order to be WRONG! The cake was dry and filling was pineapple. NOT WHAT I ORDERED! It should have been butter cake and strawberry filling. To see your 8 year old cry because his cake was not what he had been expecting for weeks is not right! We don't like/eat pineapple so the majority of the cake was throwed away. Never coming here. I called and all they said was I could get $20 back on my CC or $50 credit with them for another cake. What a waste of $200 dollars! They disappointed me!
