This is a larger law firm that has a specialized staff of lawyers who focus on workers comp in NYC.  If you have a complex comp case this is where you need to go.  Otherwise, you risk running into legal issues given the complex nature of state run New York compensation system.

This law firm was very professional, knowledgable, and always willing to answer my questions.  They were honest with me, also.  My telephone calls were always returned as promptly as possible.  Excellent staff, i.e.., Thomas Biniakewitz, who kept me abreast of issues of concern w/my WC case, putting me at ease, and Roselin, who was a calming telephone presence and wealth of info;  Mr. Mercurio, Esq., excellent attorney who presented my case;  I was not disappointed.  He was GREAT.  I am sorry that my other attorney, whose name escapes me, she was also EXCELLENT.    My husband was a satisfied client; he recommended Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano...I am so happy I listened to my husband!!!  My husband recommends this Firm to all Family/Friends.  This is a Firm that really cares for its' clients and takes care of its' clients.  My husband, Dixon Kim, says hello to Mr. Ziegler and congratulations on his partnership.

My experience with this Law Firm has been great.  They are always helpful  and knowledgable in any matter and listening to all your concerns. My Paralegal  Thomas, staff and all the Attorneys  at the Firm always do a great job protecting your rights as a worker and making sure all your compensation benefits get justice and compensated.  Thank you so very much.  I am very happy with all the support from everyone.  I will definitely refer this Law Firm to everyone I know and if I can give more than five stars I will definitely do it. You guys deserve more just than 5 stars.

Expectations were set from the initial meeting, what to expect, how long the process could take and that it would be a battle getting anything for my case, but they worked with me diligently to make sure I received what I should. They also extended an invitation to return should something else change with my situation. That's great representation right there.... Thanks Guys!

All of their representatives were very kind and knowledgeable. This law firm represented me in my WC case. I definitely recommend anyone who has a WC claim to sign up with them. P.S their always available to talk on the phone.
