I lived here for 2 years. I recently bought a house and moved out. They took my whole security deposit due to normal wear and tear on the carpet. There were no stains, rips or burns. Paid rent on time every month and had a maid clean the apartment once a month. They rip you off.

Pastore's were very helpful and polite in finding a one bedroom apartment that fit my needs. Shortly after moving in my hot water tank had a small leak and they promptly replaced the tank.  My apartment was painted and very clean when I moved in.  The office staff were very helpful with some of my concerns.   As far as snow removal I give them a five star.  I'm sure trying to plow when tenants do not follow the parking rules is tough.  They supply shovels and salt to use as needed.

They rip you off from your security deposit. The wrote reviews about my place and how I left it and it did not match the photos that I took when I left. They placed me in a smoking building. I don't smoke, so I was miserable. The room they were supposed to move me in, the lady ended up staying which messed me all up.

They make no effort to plow, shovel, or salt lots, driveways, or side walks.
