The first time I came to this place to get tested in March 2017, the guy that tested me was sleeping in his office and they had to wake him up. Then when I came into his office he had an attitude and acted like he didn’t even want to test me. Couple of months later I go back to get tested and I’m waiting by the window and there is no one in the office. When a man finally came in the office I knock on the window & he just looks at me & ignores me, I got frustrated and walked out. Having a bunch of unprofessional employees at an HIV clinic is not going to make people want to come back to get tested. In fact it’s going to make people not want to get tested at all. I will never go back there nor will I recommend anybody else to go there.

Im so over this place. Every time I come here to get STD testing they tell me no, how can you deny someone to get tested... Mind you they stop testing at 1pm but the building doesn't close til 4pm... they tell me to come early. But I'm busy thats why I come the time that I do come. Something needs to change. Stop denying people the right to get tested at any time. Smh.
