Anyone looking to loose weight should ABSOLUTELY check this place out .. I have tried many diets but this one actually WORKS!! 
The place is awesome.... the staff/coaches are great

I started Ideal Protein 4 weeks ago today and I couldn't feel better. The first few days were tough for me but once you get through it it becomes easier and you start to feel like a new person. I'm down 11 lbs and have lost a total of 8 inches! This is amazing to me !! The staff and coaches always make you feel so comfortable and answer all your questions. If you put your mind to it, anything is possible. I 100% recommend this diet !!

If you want to lose wait this is the place to do it at. I am so grateful i found the NJ Center for health and Ideal Protein protocol. I absolutely love this place. The plan works and the counselors are very supportive in helping you achieve your weight loss goal.
I usually don't like to write a reviews but this comes from my heart.
Dont' loose time folks need to try. It works like a magic!!!!!!
