I was very satisfied with my experience at Patient First. The personnel starting from the first person I encountered to the very last (Kenneth) was kind and professional. Also, the facility is very clean and well-maintained even though it appears to be very busy. My only complaint (and it's really not a complaint) is the time I spent sitting in the room was long and no one came by to give me any updates as to when I would be seen by a doctor. I really thought I had been forgotten about so I opened the curtain but, I also understand that everyone was very busy. I appreciate the care that was given to me and I will recommend Patient First to my family and friends. Thank you!

They took care of my injury very quickly. The staff, doctor and nurses were very responsive and attentive. They worked in a very fast professional manner to meet my immediate need. I felt very comfortable and knew I was in good hands. A BIG thank you to the entire staff at Patient First in Waldof. I wish I could give them a 100 stars.

I Completed my DOT physical today and was very pleased with the service as opposed to my last visit.   The front desk receptionist (Tonya Carter) was very pleasant and customer service oriented.  This was a big difference when compared to my previous visit.   In addition, the nurse that did my vitals was very professional as well as the PA that conducted the physical.   My experience today changed my overal perception.  I hope that this standard becomes consistent.

If your in need of urgent help DO NOT GO HERE because it's cheaper. You will regret it, I learned that the hard way when a family members life is on the line don't expect patient first to help you they can only do minor things like coughs and bruises and cuts. NOTHING MORE! They care about their money more then anything and almost charged me $100 which is their fee smh for what I never received service from them. These guys are helpful to your face so they can get in your pockets but in their hearts they do not care about anything but money. Also one more important thing to mention everyone that comes here is going to have to wait and the wait is extremely long even if no one is in their!

Waited over 3 hours in a room before anyone even bothered to say anything  to us. The room was dirty, could have taken my dad to the er and got seen quicker. Very disappointed  with this
