Fantastic customer service: 19 year ago we purchased 6 swivel chairs, large oval table, 2 lounge chairs & small table from Patio Furniture Warehouse. Product has held up wonderfully through the years which is a testimony to the quality of product they sell. Only thing which has worn out were the plastic glides which enable the chairs to slide without scratching the pool deck. After 19 years who keeps receipts; so we had no idea what brand of furniture we had purchased. Over a couple of days the family operated staff not only were able to identify the manufacturer but were able to get us the necessary parts even though our particular style had been discontinued. The staff went over and beyond what would be considered good customer service to give great customer service. In this day and age I can't tell you how refreshing it is to find a retailer who really cares for their customers.

The ladies working here had better things to do than wait on customers. I was basically ignored the whole time I was in the store with one lady just talking on her cell. I had to sit next to their desk and wait to get them to finally ask me if I needed help. I waned a specific gas fire table from a line that they carry and I was just brushed off. SO I went elsewhere and you should too.
