Everything was perfect! 
Eric helped us from the very beginning to select the tiles and explained carefully what to expect during old tile removal and installation of the new ones. He checked with me constantly to make sure everything is done to our satisfaction. The installation team arrived early, removed old tiles without damaging walls, mirrors or doors and then installed the new tiles as expected. They worked very clean and efficient. 
I highly recommend Not Just Carpet!

Living out of the area it was a daunting task to identify someone to purchase and install carpet in my Florida condo.  I found Not Just Carpets through a Google search and I knew nothing about them--except for the posted reviews.  I totally agree with the great 5 star reviews.  From my first call and discussion with Eric, they were what you'd want from a store.  Everything was on-time and on budget, from the first measuring at my condo to final installation.  Eric helped me navigate the nuisance barriers that my condo has.  There was complete follow-through, plus he didn't try and sell me on more than I needed.  I wouldn't call anyone else.

Fabulous showroom, knowledgeable and friendly staff, carpet delivered and installed beautifully and professionally as promised.  I would definitely call upon them again for any type of flooring, etc need and would highly recommend them.

Beautiful selection of tile and carpet.  Very helpful and friendly staff.  I would highly recommend checking out this store above all others.
