The office is fun and inviting be in, catering to the younger crowd. The staff was helpful and attentive and made us feel comfortable for our first visit ever to an orthodontist. The coffee was a treat and the staff made my 11 year old feel comfortable about an awkward experience for her. Kayla showed up my daughter's x-rays and explained why she needed braces and a bit about the procedure. She made sure my daughter had all of her questions answered and she was very detailed and helpful about payment plans and expectations. I have a lot of friends who work in the dental profession and they all said Patterson  was the place to go for braces.

Very professional and gentle. The staff is very accommodating and the office is always clean . My son needs braces and I speak with Bobbi in the Billing Dept and she has helped me with my insurance estimates and any questions that I had.  I have had pleasant experiences. Appointments available in both office locations and they were always willing to work with me and my busy work schedule. Dr. Patterson is caring, gentle and a great orthodontist!

Everyone was very professional, very punctual and answered all of my questions. They were patient and explained the treatment clearly. Kayla was very sweet and kind.

Great Place to go. Very helpful!!! Staff is very polite asnwers any questions concernes. Kayla Jaramillo is very awesome!!! She explains all different plans, prices, ect.
She's very attentive.

i had an amazing experience! Mckenzie was so kind and explained everything that was going on while getting my braces, she does a wonderful job!
