From the moment I met the staff, I felt like my business was unwanted and rushed. Staff member that served me didn't have any interest in what she did, rushed me to make an order despite no one being in line behind me, and rash like tossed me a cup.

Theater itself was good. Seats aren't horrible, it was clean, and quality (visual and audio) was good. I just didn't appreciate the service. She was rude from the start, and it didn't seem like any of the food staff were any better. 

The only positive staff member was the one who thanked me at the end of the movie and wished my group a wonderful night (thank you sir). 

Improve staffs' work etiquette and this theater would far better.

Pretty good AMC as compared to sister locations. Better than Summit location for sure. Ticketing is pretty easy coz of friendly staff. 

They do have some arcade style games while waiting for your movie. IMAX experience is good. Lot of theaters with mostly comfortable seating. 

Washrooms don't hold up to standards on weekends but I guess that's true with all the movie theaters everywhere.

I went yesterday to see a movie. The theater was gross. No one had cleaned it between films. I mentioned it to an employee. Several employees then went in, looked around and came out without doing hardly anything. It was gross. That's the first time I've ever demanded a refund at a movie theater. It's been over 2 years that I've given a 1 star review.

Lets start off with the employees were friendly but thats it.   Definitely not worth the money with the experience.  Employees clearly does not know how to work hard or efficiently.  Paid $21 for a coke and a pretzel,  the pretzel was doughy.   Bathrooms were super nasty,  floors in the place was not clean at all.  Not a comfortable atmosphere for me to have my kids in ever.  Wall outlets with no covers and exposed wire.   Hardly ever do I leave reviews so this lets you know how disappointed I am about this.

This theater always has a lot of movies to choose from. They have more screens than any other thrater in the area. Since they were purchased by AMC I have seen a lot of improvements. Some of the food prices are high.  You can get a much better price if you sign up for an AMC rewards card.
