This is an amazing experience.  We went down there about 5 years ago and had two custom pair of boots made for my wife.  Just seeing how they measure and fit is a treat.  I enjoyed just looking at all the production machinery, some approaching a century in age.  Take the patience to do it right:  applies to the customer as well as the workers.  We had a problem with a boot about 3 years later, and they fixed it without charge.  If you are into boots or custom leather, this is a must.

I was skeptical about the ability to custom fit my foot.  The fit turned out perfect and the boots are exceptional.  Michael was a great help.
