Top notch professionals - honest, careful, excellent. After a sump-pump failure, we had water damage in our finished basement. Our insurance company (USAA) put us in touch with these pros, and everything went very smoothly. They have a strong track record of working with reliable partners, and Paul Davis very much affirmed that record by being a business that delivered on-time and exactly at the price they had forecast. Even though it was a job that was paid for by an insurance company, they only did what was necessary and didn't try to add on any extra work. It was really refreshing to see that in a restoration company.

On October first we had water damage. Our hot water heater broke and flooded our kitchen and dining room. When we called our agent he told us we were not covered unless the damage was over $10,000. We called Paul Davis, I spoke to John, and I explained that we needed their emergency services but our damage was not covered. First he calmed me and said they would take care of everything. When the emergency team arrived they got right to work. We were in shock and didn't know what we could do to help them. The team assured me that they would take care of everything. They got right to work and continued to reassure us every step of the way. Their employees were skilled and knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. If we had a question they had the answer. The next day Paul Davis got a hold of my insurance company and they were told that the damaged "was" covered. All I had to do is pay my deductible and let them take care of us. I’m so glad they took such good care of us. Their customer service was amazing, communication was excellent, and they had someone call each week to make sure everything was fine. Our associate was Bill who listened to our concerns and addressed them quickly. I would not hesitate to call them again and I'm telling everyone how great they were to work with.

From Beginning to the end of our damage repair work , whether it was Paul Davis employees or Kelly's Carpet employees, the repair work on our house was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!

On June 16, 2016 our home was destroyed by a fire. The damage was quite extensive. My husband contacted Paul Davis Restoration to rebuild our home. We worked with Mark Costello. He immediately secured our home after the fire. We met with him and his team to design the rebuild of our home. Mark helped us on every aspect of the rebuild. He worked with our insurance company and understood the process of dealing with them as far as the restoration of our home and what they would cover. I couldn't imagine going through this process alone. Paul Davis' company immediately began the process and rebuild of our home. The ladies in their office kept in constant communication with my husband and I as far as progress and dealing with our adjuster. I recall standing in what was left of our upstairs. Mark told us that not only would he rebuild our home, but would make it better than before. I must say that at the time I was rather skeptical, due to the amount of damage. Through 100 degree temps. his subs came in and went right to work. All of the subs met their deadlines! All were extremely professional! From the guys who did the demo, framers, cabinet maker, floor/carpet layers, tile & painters...We Thank You! Our home looks amazing! It's absolutely beautiful! Mark Costello did make our home better than before the fire. My husband and I are incredibly grateful to Mr. Costello and the Paul Davis staff! We had Christmas in our home with all of or family. Everyone loves the house! We are so fortunate to of had Paul Davis Restoration repair our home. Especially when there are so many shady companies/contractors out there. Trust this company as the took care of our home and us like family!

We recently sustained some major water damage to our home and started growing mold. When we called our insurance company to start a claim, we were given a recommendation to use Paul Davis Restoration. We were told by our agent that they submitted a request to have Paul Davis contact us within an hour. We waited all day but never received a call. We then decided to call them ourselves the following day. The guy we spoke to said that from my description of the damage it didn't appear to be an urgent issue and that his agent would call us back to schedule an appointment the following day by 5pm. However, that phone call never came either. It has now been 5 days and still no response from them. So again i called and the person i spoke to says they have no information on file that they were suppose to call us. Im done dealing with this company. I have already started contacting others. Servpro got me in touch with a rep within 5 minutes after hanging up the initial phone call and they're coming out to assess the damage and start the repair first thing tomorrow morning. I highly recommend not using Paul Davis and I'll ensure that everyone knows about the experience we have had with them.
