We did not hire this company to do any work however while driving down the Interstate 680 North on Friday, June 26, 2015 around 2:00 pm the windshield of my husbands truck was cracked by the rocks flying out of their truck. We were not tail-gating this truck and even slowed down to try and avoid the flying rocks. They were coming out of the back of this truck as if they were being dumped on the Interstate. I had my window down and they flew inside the truck and hit my face and arm. We noticed right away that we had 2 cracks/chips in the windshield. I took pictures and a video of this taking place. We contacted the Company within minutes of this happening and they have never returned a call to even apologize. It was a very scary situation because we could not stop on the Interstate or get away from these rocks that were being thrown at our truck. If they can't take 1 minute of their time to at least call us back to acknowledge the situation don't you wonder what kind of work they would do for you? Customer Service is HUGE to most people paying someone to do a job for them. My thought is this Company could careless about being honest and taking responsibility for their actions. There was no intentions of asking for anything more then a simple apology and assurance they would not let this happen again. I wouldn't hire them to take my trash out let alone do any job!
