This place has a few good counselors from my experience. Either that or I've been lucky to have had two good ones.thy also have ONE good nurse by the name of David. Those are the only positive things​ I have to say about this place. The other dosing nurses are beyond rude. The doctor consistently schedules you for appointments that he does NOT show up on time for and even if you've waited an hour past your scheduled appointment time because he was late, if he says he has to be gone by a particular time, he will tell you that you need to reschedule your appointment. This happened to a gentleman who sat next to me on my last appointment and the poor guy took off work just to be there. But the worst part about this place is that they aren't really trying to help us. They just want their money. they will feed you lies to get you started and feed you more lies as you are trying to get off the stuff just to keep you coming. They love to tell me that I am not ready to start down dosing... Apparently they can tell you more about yourself in the 30 minutes a month that they spend with you than you can. The guy who runs this place, Rob, is the biggest crook of them all. He recently implemented a new rule that make those on "probation" have to pay extra money just to keep dosing, knowing he gets people addicted to this stuff so you can't just stop dosing. Also, at the same time he made it much much easier to be placed on probation. If you do not pass 6 drug tests in 100 days you will be placed on probation but they only give you 6 in that entire 100 days. So if you are clean but the test is faulty or is not sent in to the lab in a timely manner or even if they forget to test you (which happened to me 3x in a year and a half) then you will be paying extra money. He is a scam artist. If you must go to a methadone clinic, which I suggest against, then choose another location to visit.

This place has changed my life for the better. If it wasn't for N.W.A.T.C., I would probably be six foot under right now. For all the people who think we are "trading one drug for another",can kiss my ass b/c whats the diffence between me going to the clinic and others going to the doctor to get their xanax b/c if they dont they are "going strangle their kids". I'm just trying to put 2 and 2 = together.
