Dr. Copeland is a wonderfully caring and patient-centered doctor. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and discuss causes for health issues and treatment options, and answer your questions. Her staff are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Copeland's for several years. She is a wonderful doctor. Dr. Copeland takes time to talk to me about things other than what I'm seeing her for. She cares about me and the events in my life. Dr. Copeland will always ask after my family when I visit her. She remembers things we talk about during each visit and will ask how they are going. I have never had a physician who genuinely cares about me and my whole wellbeing. As long as she is in practice I will never leave her care. The staff is also very nice and prompt. Excellent people and environment

The front desk are always so pleasant.  Dr. Copeland is one of the few physicians that will still listen to you and cares that she is doing the right thing.  Alwesome nurses.  Sometimes a little hard to get in contact with but the patient portal has solved that issue.
