This is an AMAZING school! The culture, the training, the products and the atmosphere is CONTAGIOUS!!!! What a great place to jumpstart your education in the Beauty Industry!  The Future Professionals and staff have great customer service and the prices are amazing! It's so easy to book an appointment and every day is exciting!!!

My family and friends love coming to the school to get services, they say the experience they have is the best ever! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and will do everything to accommodate you and your individual needs! Great customer service, appointments are easy to schedule, LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I thought my friend and I would have a fun and carefree morning at the salon, but no. While my friend was getting her hair dyed, I asked if I could sit in an open seat next to her (no one using either station next to my friend), and I was told no and that I would have to sit in the lobby. First of all, this place has the most dispicable seating. For ANYONE who would have to wait for someone else at this place, I am sorry. This place has benches without any backrest, and I sat on these for over 2 hours... Why is this taking so long in the first place!?!? I can't imagine making an elderly person sit on these god forsaken benches for over 2 hours. Above all, I would never come here myself. I understand that these people are students, but the time that it takes to get your hair done here is absolutely beyond ridiculous.

I am very disappointed with the poor customer service. I called today and requested a specific stylist. (do to the fact that we have had this stylist be for) I was told that the stylist was not working then floor this month. At this point I had no idea what to say. I told the customer service individual I was very disappointed.  she had nothing more to say except good bye. she did not offer any other stylist or anything... I was thinking about it and called back and got the same costumer service person (Britney). I explained we had a wedding this weekend and that In wanted the specific stylist. That this stylist did a great job with my daughters hair in the past and I wanted her to cut our hair. The customer service person proceeded to tell me that the stylist was not allowed on the floor do to disciplinary action. I was appalled to hear this. She then asked if i wanted to schedule with someone else. Of course I did not. And said my good bye.  I still can not believe what I was told. Is there no confidentiality...   I did not tell the customer service rep. that I know this stylist out side of this school. And I know she is being punished for missing some days due to being very, very ill... I would never encourage anyone to attend this school. They have very POOR ETHICS!!
