After patronizing this business for over 2 years I will not return. Went for a pedicure this morning and had my 3yr old grandson along with my daughter and we were told they don't accept children. I explained my daughter was there...she is 20...and we would go at separate times but still told to leave. Will never return.

High on price for quality of work. Had to pick off gel polish from sides and very lumpy. Won’t go back.

Went there asked for a gel fake nail manicure and they did not understand what I meant when she was going to paint my nails with gel polish. Then complained talking about that's what I should have said to him. Then kept telling me to go in a rude way although she meant go back to her husband for him to put the fake nails on. He then proceeded to be much nicer but then screwed up my nails with most of them being crooked or not the same size as the other ones. While filing my nail he made my nail bleed. Didn't have much for a selection of colors either. Mostly in the pink and red range and all opi. Even though I got gel nail polish the color was exactly what I wanted. Just didn't like the service nor the outcome and there prices were higher than others. Overall not going there again.

I went for a full set. When I walked it no one was there. So I was quick to get service. The man and women who I assume were the owners, came off very rude. I asked for a design and they said they don't do them which fair enough not everyone does. While the guy was putting the acurlyc on my nails I noticed he didn't cover my full nail. The sides of my nails didn't have any acurlyc on it at all. I expressed I was worried about it, because I didn't want my nails to fall off. He rolled his eyes and added more acurlyc to it. I have pretty small nails and I knew when he was putting the nails on they were too big...but I figured he would shape them to fit better. I was wrong... they were honestly so horribly shaped. At this point I felt I was being a bother and didn't want to say anything else. I went to sit with the women after so she can paint my nails. She didn't paint at all on the sides of my nail. I told her they needed more paint and she started yelling at me literally. She told me that she can't paint there because it's to close to my skin. Then her husband came over and said the same thing. While I'm sitting in shock I showed her that the nail Polish is cracking. She just kept yelling. Honestly I hate to admit it but I stated crying. Because I felt so overwhelmed by the response I was getting. I don't ever post bad reviews I've worked in customer service my entire life and know how dramatic peopled can be. But I assure you this isn't the case. I ended up leaving and going right to a different salon to get them fixed. I posted pictures of my nails. I've never been treated like this. And I hope this saves someone some grief.
