I regret that I did business with this dealership. The car I purchased was priced around $1000 more than it was worth. Not the end of the world but the tires were also in terrible condition and would obviously need to be replaced soon and would cost me another $6-700 dollars. I asked for $500 in compensation in the price of the vehicle for the cost of replacing the tires. Which they refused, they actually refused to negotiate on the price at all , which as I said was about $1000 more than the cars value. This is not the experience I've had at other dealerships where typically you can negotiate at least ~$500 off the list price. I would have left then but the salesperson offered to replace the tires for $232. Foolishly, I didn't get this offer in writing and took him at his word. I purchased the car and a week later had to drive back an hour to deliver my down payment in person because they were unable to accept a wire transfer from my bank and I don't have a debit card. I had several rude interactions with the management when I came in because of a mismanagement of my insurance paperwork. (They threatened to not let me leave in the car because they thought that my previous insurance no longer was providing coverage which turned out to be incorrect. This would've left me stranded an hour from my home.). They also bothered my father for personal information to put him on the title of the car which was completely unnecessary. Of course a month later when I contacted the salesperson for the $232 tires, he claimed that he meant $232 "per" tire. I don't know if he's being honest or not, but as far as I see it it's beside the point because he definitely let me leave the dealership under the impression that I could have all four of my tires replaced for $232. I wouldn't have bought the car if I realized that he was offering to replace the tires for a "discount" of $928. I won't do business here again and I advise others avoid this dealership.

Mr Hill is the man you want for all of your vehicle needs. Mr Hill bought my old vehicle and put me in a new one. I love the way Mr Hill was able to give me the payment and due date that I chose. Mr Hill is friendly and very courteous. He never tried to rush or push me into anything. He allowed me to choose the vehicles I wanted to text drive and he patiently waited until I made up my ever loving mind. I was not waiting all night for the loan to?be approved it was easy and smooth sailing. I was out the door with the keys to my vehicle in no time. I was grateful to have a man of great integrity and great character to be a part of my experience in purchasing a brand new vehicle for the very first time. Mr Hill service was extremely excellent. If I need another vehicle Mr Hill would certainly get my service a second time around. Thank you so much for helping me in my time of need. Marjorie Dorsey

I just recently purchased my FIRST brand new 2017 Dodge Journey and i love it!!! I had never had a new car before and Aaron made it so easy for us. We got in and out quickly in finance with Matt. Everyone there was so friendly!! The general manager Danny even came to meet us and thank us for our business. We would definitely recommend buying here.

Statements after the Owners response- The actual refund process started in late April however I was sent documents (that I signed and returned) from an email that the sender didn't have access to, so it was several weeks before I called to check on the status of my refund and when that happened Mr Thomas notified me that my refund hasn't even started yet. And as far as keep them updated as to where to send my refund... I tried for three days prior to get a hold to someone to let them know that I will be by personal to pick the check up. A simple apology will go a long way. It won't bring me back to do further business but it may show others you have the ability to have decent customer service.... I want to start off by saying our initial purchase was amazing. We bought two brand new cars the same week. A year and half later we traded one of the vehicles. When we purchased the car we bought the GAP insurance. We traded the vehicle back in April, submitted the paper work for our GAP refund to Matt Thomas. And for one reason or another we are STILL waiting on a refund. I can never get him to answer the phone or return my calls. I have emailed him with no response. It's really sad that the sales team works so hard, but one person refusing to communicate with me makes me visit different dealerships for my next purchase. PLOT TWIST: So after typing this review I called back and asked for the General Manager. The receptionist informed me that he/she was in a meeting with the OWNER! Perfect timing. I told her the start of the story, told her I was ready to hire a lawyer. She transferred me to a different lady, and magically the check was ready to be picked up!

I had an amazing experience! I love love love my new car❤ Thank you to Miriam for making it possible! I highly recommend them. They made myself and my babies feel so loved!
