I believe it was the owner I talked to on the phone, and she was the sweetest lady! I have never ordered any flower arrangements before, and she was so helpful explaining everything over the phone, and very patient! She had it ready to be picked up within 30 MINUTES after the phone call!!!! This lady is the sweetest and will definitely come back! Please go here for the best and fastest service!
Update: since there is no option to respond to the owners comment I'll do so here: Good bring your lawyers! I am telling the truth and have proof. I don't know what you're talking about though when you bring up a double charge. Please try not to confuse me with whoever else you've recently screwed over. Old review: Is the owner is manipulating reviews? My last review had no profanity and contained pictures proving this establishment stole my money, but now it's nowhere to be found. Let's try again though, I asked them to cancel an order a week before it was supposed to be filled because they failed to confirm it. My friend had just died and I wanted to be certain I wouldn't be scammed as I'm on the otherside of the country. They replied via email that they cancelled 5 days prior to the event. Imagine my surprise when I discovered I'd been charged anyways. So I called, and the lady was rude, talked over me, and told me to take it up with my bank instead of refunding me. Very bad company, very rude as well. You'd be best to steer clear.
With only a few hours' notice, the shop did an amazing job! The arrangement they delivered to the funeral service was so beautiful and even better than the lovely photo online. I also appreciated the kindness and understanding of the associate I spoke with on the phone. Just a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Ken's Flowers and Gifts in Hiram, GA for any flower needs.
My sister and I visited Ken’s flowers today in the hopes of purchasing a last minute floral arrangement for my moms birthday. This was the most pleasant shopping experience that I have received in a very long time. The owner was very helpful and pleasant, we wanted orange flowers as this is my moms favorite color and though it was later in the day and not many orange options left she made sure that we came out with the most BEAUTIFUL arrangement. Thank you for the most amazing customer service experience we’ve had in a long time! We highly recommend!
My husband's funeral was August 5. My company ordered this beautiful Heaven Sent Floor Basket. See photo. When I saw the flowers by his casket, I was appalled. See the picture beneath. This picture was taken on the 9th, but you can see there was a lot missing. I will never get that day back. I know my company thought better of me than to send what looks like an unweeded garden. I sent Ken's a message 3 days ago and still have no response.
The woman running this outfit is a thief. My husband and I just went through a death and now we have to fight with our bank because she won't do the right thing? She should be ashamed of herself. Make sure you check yelp and Facebook reviews before trusting this criminal with your precious arrangement. I'm not surprised, but it looks like she has terrible reviews across the board. You won't get our business EVER again.
My husband sent flowers to my work from Ken’s flower shop and they were absolutely beautiful! I can’t get over the freshness and variety of flowers in this arrangement. Will be staring at this for at least the next week. Would highly recommend this local flower shop for your gift giving needs.
I ordered a sympathy basket to be delivered on a Saturday as the online order said it would be. By Tuesday when I had not received a confirmation that it was delivered, I called the flower shop and found out that the phone number on their website is incorrect and you cannot get through to the shop. I went to check my credit card to see if it was charged because I thought this might be a bogus flower shop. This is when I found a completely different phone number on my credit card that was charged $127. I called this phone number and spoke with Tina. She told me that someone was supposed to have called me and let me know at the flowers I ordered Are not in stock. You can guess … of course it had not delivered. Tina told me that she could do a replacement basket and make the delivery today. She promised that she would as send me a picture of the arrangement before she delivered it. I first spoke with her at 11:00 AM. When it became 3 PM and I had not heard anything, I called her and she said she had it ready in her truck to be delivered. I said great, can you send that picture to me and she said that definitely she would send me a picture. She was going to have the delivery done by 5:00 PM that day.. By 5:30 PM I had not heard anything at all or received a picture so I called again and Tina answered the phone. She said she had just delivered the replacement flowers. However, I do not have a picture and I do not know if it is comparable to what we originally ordered. We spent $127, it should be a very nice arrangement. I believe the manager at this flower shop is not trustworthy and I would not recommend you buy flowers or plants from this store.
I highly recommend Ken's Flowers and Gifts! The staff members here were very helpful in fulfilling my order despite difficulties beyond their control. Over the New Year holiday, when I placed the order, the suppliers were closed. When I called the shop to confirm the order, they explained that fresh flowers would not be available to them or any florist until the suppliers reopened the next day. I shifted the delivery date a day and the staff created a beautiful arrangement per my request and delivered it promptly to the correct address. The staff was polite and helpful the entire time.
Highly recommend Kens Flowers. The staff is professional and courteous. The anniversary flowers received we're absolutely beautiful.
