The positive:

They got her in quickly.
They were cost efficient.
They were very friendly. 
She smelled better.
Her fur was soft.

The negative: 

My dog was supposed to have her ears clean and they were still covered in gunk. 
She was supposed to have her nails grinded - they were jagged like regular clippers. 
She hasn't had an accident inside in forever and she had an accident because they didn't take her out at all and she had to go so bad. 

Over all they are friendly and cheap ... i felt like I could have personally done better and have done better but I didn't have to get sweaty and hairy working on it . I think if  I really want her clean to a level I cannot achieve myself I would take her somewhere else next time and pay more .

I really like Pawfection. Have taken my Buster there many times.  Ypu just need to explain what you want for your fur baby and Becky and staff will do what you ask.

Idk why there is negative views my mom took my hank and rufus their yesterday and they did an out standing job, my older dog hank has really bad anxiety but you can tell they still stuck to doing their job and didnt rush just cause he wouldnt cooperate. 10/10 ill be back.

Sorry y'all, I couldn't and wouldn't support someone who would call someone racist slurs and then try to deny it. I don't want to put my dollars into a business whose owner acts like that
