What a horrible company. I was at the Venu concert and parked on the outskirts of their lot. I'd never been there before, the sign wasn't lit & there was no indication of payment. I left the show early to find my car booted & taped off. Firstly, they charge $75 to uae that lot shouldn't be legal to charge that much for parking. That alone was 3X the cost of the show! Then, an additional $75 fee. So they hijacked my car & charged me $150! That's blatant gouging. Horrible prices & practices. I'll never use the rapist Pay2Park ever again. I would never reccomend Pay2Park to anyone. Should you use their lots, be careful. Smh, unreal. Worst Buffalo company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with!
Very bad service. When returning to my car I thought someone was trying to break in. Find out they waiting for my ticket to expire so they could boot it the minute it did. I had 20 minutes left and they had already started to put the boot on. Complete shake down
