Paya's has been great helping my Dad out with his new (2015) Honda Fit that he purchased from Paya's back in late July.  My Dad has stopped by  multiple times since purchasing the car with questions and they've always been helpful and courteous.  Six weeks after purchasing the car, there were battery issues;  Paya's fixed it without charge.  Thank you.

DISHONEST! STAY AWAY!
My son took his car to Paya's for a clutch replacement toward the end of June. We paid $1320.00. Twelve hours later the car was completely dead! Since he had driven it to Philadelphia, we had to have it towed to our local mechanic whom we have worked with for 20 years. We discovered that the wrong fluid was used in the clutch repair and had to have everything replaced in addition to rebuilding the transmission. This happened near to the July 4th holiday which slowed the whole repair even more. I had to give my car to my son so he could return to work in Vt. and was left having to pay for a rental so I could get around.

We were on the phone with various characters at Paya's from the start of this fiasco---Brian, then Kyle, then Chris, then Carrie. They continually pretended that they would address it fairly, but have done NOTHING to make it right. We just wanted our money back and to move on, we were not even asking for towing fees or rental car---nothing. They have RIPPED US OFF for over $1300. They have caused an additional $3000 in damage and, in doing so, have virtually taken a much-needed vacation from me. The time and stress and hassle they have caused is unmeasurable. They have refused to take any responsibility and have refused to refund any money.  We have given them so many chances to make it right, and they have not risen to the level of decency that they proclaim.  I don't know how people like this live with themselves.

We have no other choice but to file a claim against them. This has ruined my summer, but obviously, its no skin off their backs. Thanks a lot, Paya family, I hope you feel good about this.

I bought a car battery for about $130, then it turns out I didn't need a battery for my car. When I went to return the battery with the receipt, they charged me 25% of the $130 just to return it. So don't buy anything here unless you're expecting to pay for returning it

Some cars are good but most are way, way overpriced! Anybody buying from here needs to keep in mind that all the cars are rebuilt, so if they are asking the KBB for that car, it's thousands higher than what it's worth.
