Payette Lawn Care used to be a reliable and responsive business but lately they are too busy to take care of their small customers. They blew out our sprinklers last Fall and when the irrigation water came on this Spring the sprinklers in one of our zones automatically turned on. We cannot get the sprinklers to turn off without manually turning off the irrigation water every time. We called them to come fix it for us and were told that they were busy and it would be a couple of days until they could come out. Three days later no one had come so we called again and were told it would be another four to five days. Still no one came, and no one called us to say there would be a delay. A week later we called them again and they said they were too busy and not sure when they would be able to come out to take a look - they wouldn't even give us an estimated date this time!  What terrible customer service!!  We have been a customer of theirs for six years now and this is the first year that they don't seem to care about their small customers anymore. We will no longer be recommending them to anyone or using their services in the future.

I hired Payette Lawn Care back in March to spray seed on my backyard to grow grass, they were in charge of setting the timer, adjusting the sprinklers etc. (they are the lawn care/sprinkler experts right?!) So, they set everything and I was supposed to watch my grass grow. About 2 weeks later, no grass. I check the timer and it wasn't set to run any day of the week, it was set for 20 minutes, 8am, but no days of the week. So, the grass didn't grow. When I called Roger to let him know, he said it wasn't his problem, he was dealing with bigger accounts, he didn't have time to come to my house and look at my lawn. I've been using Payette Lawn Care for 11 years, they were the original company that installed my sprinklers, and now he doesn't have time to come to my house. Goes to show, money changes people, now that he has bigger accounts, he doesn't need to help residential. I wouldn't recommend this company for small residential jobs, they will take your money, half ass the job and never come back if there is mistakes or something isn't working properly, it isn't his problem, in his words "I don't have time to deal with your account, this is not my problem and I'm very busy right now" I called him 3 times over a 4 week period and not one time did he have time for me. Unacceptable, especially AFTER he got my money!!!

IF you want an affordable lawn mowing, lanscaping job, or just some spring cleaning on some shrubs, than man to call is Roger at Payette Lawn care!!!! He is the best and knows what he is doing.  His crew is worth every cent you pay them cause they do the job and keep my yard clean.  Sometimes my neighbor's even stop to compliment me on my lawn and how great it looks! thank Payette Lawn Care!

Roger, was the best person and most knowledgeable Lawn Care service i have ever delt with in my 50years of life!  I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and would never have anything less to say about such a great company.  If i could describe to you how great their work is i would, but I'd rather you find out for your self and don't waste your time calling anyone else. I've tried them before.
