Our daughter-in-law, Erin, was at the home where the new furnace and air conditioner was installed and she was very impressed by the men's work.
She had no complaints. 
They were very good with her children too.

Wouldnt even take the time to come look at my issue to see if they could fix it. They said to call the manufacturer!? I thought i was calling an a.c. service business. Guess not

I had my AC diagnosed and serviced by a tech today as a 2nd opinion after being told my AC unit had a more serious issue from another company. They were able to schedule me quickly and the tech was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning over ANY of the Heating and Cooling companies within the area due to their honesty, reasonable pricing,  and quality of work.

On a scale of 1-10, I would give One-Hour a 20.  Pleasant and knowledgeable technician.  More than fair prices and the tech was right on time.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any and all.
