Good Payless store, selection is smaller cause store is smaller. Staff are nice and helpful.

Good place to go get basic shoes! I have been here multiple times when needing something affordable. If they don't have a size they will help you locate a store that does if possible. You can also sign up for coupons for good deals

Part of the staff in this store in unprofessional and has no idea what the products of this store are. They are less then courteous, very patronizing and do not know anything about customer service or customer relations. 
I will never shop at this company again and I will be calling their corporate office Monday morning to file a formal complaint with them about this store and one employee in particular. They also do not think anyone who is walking out the door can hear their comments to the next customer. Their *Assumption* is not correct.
