Great staff. Went there twice the last few weeks. Encountered a gentleman salesman the first time woman staff member the 2nd time. Both were knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Boots are awesome as well. I didn't know this store was here but I'm glad know now. Many others will know now too.

The staff here was rude to me while my husband and I were shopping for him a pair of work boots. I didn't appreciate that at all especially considering how friendly they were to my husband before I walked into the store. It even made him uncomfortable and we left. We will not be back. London shoe shop on Collinsville was wonderful though!!

Good and clean Red Wing store. Is a corporate store so you can get all your Red Wing boots business taken care of at this location. Bought a pair of new work boots with composite protection and they are great.

Way over priced. I tried on several pairs of $200 boots and they didn't feel any better than a pair of $30 boots from Walmart.  No arch support at all. They sell arch supports there which felt a little better but cost $60.  The boots did look like they would last a little longer than cheap ones but not 5 times longer.  If the boots were as good as their cost, they wouldn't need a commissioned sales person.
