Wow!! I have worked in customer service for over 15 yrs. never have I made a customer do so much wrk to fix a problem that one of my employees caused. I was at the commons location in federal way they didn't have my size so the associate sent me to Kent. Got to Kent the shoes were waiting for me since it was close to closing I could tell she was in a hurry so I didn't even try them on or check the shoes in the box to make sure they were 100% right my fault cause sure enough I get up to go to wrk and the shoes don't fit they were misboxed. No receipt in the bag just a piece of paper with 4 other store location and numbers. Called and got nowhere since no store managers available in the stores. Called a dm nothing he can do. Called customer service they apparently only help with online orders. Called corporate no response. Just a simple return that's it!! I bought on April 3 still no help from payless.
