It's an OK store. The staff is nice and the location is clean...I just don't understand how this Payless shoe source continues to operate in general. The shoes are low quality, synthetic materials that fall apart after a few wears. The prices are pretty low but just a few steps up the street you could find much higher quality at Nordstrom Rack or Winners. Really, unless you love low quality, overpriced footwear, there is no reason to shop here
The staff was extremely pleasant and were very understanding. They had no issue taking extra time to help me find the a shoe that fit my budget and engaged in conversation rather than standing there silently. Overall I had a good experience at this particular location and have no problem with returning for a future purchase
Came here today looking for work shoes. Was able to find the style I wanted. Prices are always the best here. Store was smaller than I expected but had 2 floors which would be nice if they had an elevator or escalator for the elderly. The location is on Yonge Street outside of the Eaton Centre. For such a famous and popular brand I expected them to be in the mall not on the streets next to an adult Stag shop. Overall great experience thanks to the staff.
Staff deserve all the accolades they receive. Especially consisering this location is in the heart of an insanely busy mall downtown Toronto. Salesperson was extremely helpful in aiding me to find a pair of shoes that looked both professional and yet were sporty enough to have the heel support of a cross trainer Needed them for a wedding as I have back problems and cannot wear normal dress shoes.
The selection and set up was not great for a chain. We were overcharged for our item and had to go back to get the difference refunded. The staff was receptive and respectful.
Huge selection of shoes and accessories on two floors. Great monthly promotions, seasonal sales and personable staff. On Yonge across the street from the Toronto Eaton Centre.
**Finding Size 15 shoes** Instead of posting a bad review on all the other shoe stores in the area, including Eaton Centre, and Saks. If you are a guy in needs of shoes up to size 15. This is the only place I found that has them in stock if you want to try before you buy.
Excellent service and good prices. The staff go out of their way to make sure you get the proper pair of footwear.
I like this place as they carry footwear for any occasion or season at decent price. I found the footwear of my choice. The staff was very helpful.
