They didn't assist us when we walked in. After sitting outside for 20 minutes because they didn't open until 11am. But the website clearly says they opened at 10am. We had to bring the sneakers to them and ask for the needed sizes. There were employees eating at the front desk and on their phones. And we waited several minutes for the employee to come back and ask what size again! Will NEVER return back to this location.

Clean, able to find what we where looking for. $20. Cheaper then at the mall. I would go again.
