Very clean store, nice sales staff.  They are kid friendly, my 4 year old son wanted to wear shoes out, sales lady only checked shoes to make sure both were same  size and my son never had to take shoes off.  My son was super happy.

Prices are okay. Nothing too special. The cashier was a petit blonde girl and she was constantly trying to one up everything I said. She was very upitty and wanted to brag about how she payed 5200 for her husbands eye surgery and he just 800 in disabilty. I was trying to share some advice on my experience and she kept interrupting me. Very unpleasant experience customer service wise.

Was okay with the shoe part but when my 3yr old grandson told me he had to potty and I asked if they had a restroom I was told I had to take him out of the store to somewhere else. I will not buy anything from Payless

Only items purchased have been slippers every Xmas as present for daughter. Always had the correct ones and size in stock. Personnel very nice and polite.

Wonderful customer service, personable and professional, always willing to help I always feel welcomed here. Sometimes my shoe is out of stock but they always make sure to verify my information on file and give me an email as soon as it makes it into store.
