I have had a title loan with the Lubbock location for some time.  The ladies that work there have always treated me with the best possible customer service.  But, it is more than just going through the motions of being friendly.  The care they show and the interest they display, comes from their natures.  That can't be taught from a Policy & Procedure Manual, or some Training Films.  Thank you for being who you are!

This company will do what they need to do to gain your business. They make it rather easy to get a loan. They really screwed a good friend of mine over. They are sharks, plain and simple. Doesn't matter if they take a ton of money from you over time. If they don't like you for some reason and your vehicle is almost paid off,  and you are just a little late, they will repossess your vehicle out of the blue, leaving you stranded. They do not care!

Great customer service 
All 3 ladies are very helpful
Affordable  payments
They do personal loans & title loans
Even credit rebuild error loans.
