I'm really disappointed. Yesterday I stopped at PDQ to get my van cleaned. As soon as I arrived I was rushed out of my vehicle so they could vacuum. Now, I'm 32 weeks pregnant and had an infant in my back seat so it was a hassle to be rushed out of my van with my purse/diaper bag/stroller and kid in tow while the attendant asked me what package I wanted. I got the Manager's Special.

I was in the waiting room for maybe 8 minutes and an employee (I'm assuming manager or owner?) came up and said that she was sorry it was taking so long, it was because there was a lot of dog hair in the van. Understandable, I was in no rush and honestly didn't even think it had been a long time. 

Then my van was getting washed and from where I was sitting I could see multiple people wiping down the doors and such. The entire process took maybe 15 minutes total, the service was quite fast. Again, though, I was rushed out the door. An employee was trying to pull up another vehicle and I needed to open my trunk to put away my stroller so I felt a lot of pressure to hurry up. That's when I noticed that my far back seats, that were previously in stow-away) were up. I didn't feel like I had time to put them back in stow-away so I just threw all my stuff in the van and left.

This morning I went to put the back seats in stow-away.... dirt. Everywhere. I'm really disappointed. Sure, it looks better than it did but I feel that the service was not worth $50. It was almost as if they left the seats up to hide the fact that they didn't do a good job vacuuming. I would have been much happier if they took more time to do a better job. I was obviously okay with waiting, why else would I go to a full service car wash?

Wasn't cleaned properly inside. I actually had to ask for a rag to wash off soap from my carseat before I could get in. Dash, nothing was wiped down

Very disappointed!  The only reason I went there was for the interior clean.  It looks like the only thing they did was clean the windows.  The seats were not vacuumed at all.  Every employee waiting to start the process had attitude problems and the one that did speak was very rude.  Will not return to PDQ!  I will save the money and do it myself as now I have to pay again to finish the job.

I stopped here today because I didn't have time to clean my car myself. Worse idea ever!!! Other than my car smelling clean, it looks just as bad as when I brought it in!! Even pointed out dirt on the back hatch as I was leaving and they just wiped it off quickly. Floors are still dirty, cup holders were not touched, and the seats were not touched!! I will spread the word and I will never come back!! My 8 year old daughter has done a better job cleaning the car. Inside and out!!
