I use PDQ regularly, am a clean freq member and really enjoy this location.  The staff are quick and friendly.  The biggest gripe I have are the dryers, as the vehicle still comes out quite wet, especially the rear end.  I do like the quality of the quick wash, and the ability to just pull up and have the gates open with the monthly pass.  If the dryers could be enhanced, that would be a big “win” for all customers.

Worst customer service ever. Lines everywhere. No one explains anything and they look at you like your stupid when you ask where to go with 3 random lines that all intersect each other. Sorry I don't want my car hit???  Worst place. Will not return. And do not recommend.  Super rude girl with glasses working outside.

I have a CleanFreq pass and this is the closest PDQ to our house, so I go there all the time. 

The lines into this place are very rarely long (3 cars or more). Usually takes me about 5 minutes through the whole process and I have a clean car just like that. 😊

Very nice in the winter when my car is always dirty and exposed to salt on the roads.

trapped by the vacuums. send help 

(if you vacuum out your car and it’s too busy, you can get trapped in the parking lot. poor design)

edit: vacuumed my car and waiting in line for a car wash. because i was stuck for so long the whole process has taken an hour so far. there’s no way i’m getting out in under a half hour from now. don’t come here when it’s busy unless you have a spare hour and a half.
