The staff at Peabody Funeral Home are caring and professional.  When dad passed away recently, My Aunt and I had the task of making the arrangements, something I've never had to do before.  I was surprised at how easily arrangements were made and Craig was so gracious and caring.  When we left, I felt a sense of calm knowing dad was in good hands.  Great communication and so pleasant to work with at such a sad time.  Gravesite ceremony was small but special and Peabody thought of everything...even chairs for some family members.   Thank you, PFH!

Erik and the rest of the staff at Peabody Funeral Home made the hardest time in our families life one of the easiest to deal with. I can’t thank them enough for all they did! Their professionalism compassion , and quick to respond to all questions, was amazing. They helped us find the perfect pendents for our very large family at a price that was affordable. Like everyone else who would be using Peabody's services, it is for the unfortunate and sometimes unexpected events in life. We have experienced that twice over the past year. We are thankful to use a local funeral home with full services including cremation and assisting with a personalized urn. They personally managed what our family needed at the time and treated our family like their own. We had to put the care of both of our sons in their hands and knew they were treated for gently and with respect. Craig went out of his way not just once, a few times, for our family to assist us during the most difficult times in our lives.

Peabody was excellent. They took a difficult situation and made it seamless and smooth. The entire planning process was efficient, well organized, and thorough. On the day of the funeral, the staff was exceedingly professional. Highly recommend.

Everyone has been very polite and so caring. Due to the pandemic, we have not been able to have a memorial service as yet. Fast forward  2 years, we required their services again. Once more Peabody Funetal Home was very helpful, polite and easy to work with. Thank you for the care you and your staff gave our family.

We are fortunate as a family to have worked with Peabody so many times over the years, even in some of our most unfortunate times. No matter how many times one goes through the process that begins after life here on earth has ended Peabody makes it simple, easy to complete. They reverently guide us through the process even while our senses are numbed and our emotions cloud sequential thought.  Thank you Amy and the rest of the crew. You all were fantastic with us.

During what seemed to be the worst time of our lives, my sister and I could not be happier with the services provided to us by Peabody Funeral Home.  They rate 5 stars in our opinion.  Their support and compassion combined with their professionalism made this difficult event bearable.  They were outstanding in helping us deal with EVERY aspect of our Mother's cremation and preparations for the Committal Service, including the special picture & poem on the Urn we chose & personalized prayer cards.   Please, do not hesitate to call them in your hour of need.

The Peabody funeral home was very helpful and understanding in dealing with the death of my brother. Alison Tortorello was extremely professional and compassionate putting together the arrangements. During a difficult time they were excellent.

The staff at Peabody did everything it could to accommodate my family and I during the planning and execution of the services for my late wife who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in December.  Several family members had traveled from across the country to be with her during her final hours.  It was in their best interest to have the services quickly to avoid repetitive cross-country trips.  Everything went off as if weeks of planning went into the event rather than just two days.  And the unexpected, gigantic crowds that came were easily handled by Peabody's experienced and flexible staff.  I enthusiastically give Peabody Funeral Homes my highest possible recommendation!

We were so pleased with Peabody’s service, we couldn’t have asked for a more helpful staff. From choosing the casket to the burial there were not one glitch. Thank you so much Allison and the rest of the Peabody staff. Have recommended them to everyone
