At a most difficult time for our family, Jim O'Donnell and his team were absolutely professional and compassionate. Everything was handled with discretion, privacy and respect. They were a glance away if needed for assistance, yet gave us the feeling that the Home was completely ours to receive our guests. My mother looked peaceful and beautiful in repose; they really did a superb job.  They helped us with information we hadn't thought to ask about, and let us know what was available, including costs, then let us discuss and choose in private.  If you lose a loved one and don't know how to proceed, I give my heartfelt recommendation to Jim O'Donnell and the Pelham Funeral Home team to help you through your loss.

My Grandson was here this ,past week. We were and are devastated. I have to say Jim the owner could not have been nicer, more caring and truly concerned for,my daughter. He was wonderful and we appreciate him and all the staff there.  This is a wonderful funeral home. We can not thank them,enough for all there help and compassion.

Jim, the owner, is articulate and listens well which is important when you are making such important decisions.  He was on top of all the details and helped us during a very difficult time of loss.  I recommend him and all of his staff.  A +

The loss of a loved one is never easy. My sisters service was done here and they are top notch. The way they handle themselves and the service for our family & friends was perfect.
